Another humanitarian project I had the honor of contributing with a great photographer friend of mine, Martha Chaudhry.
The top photo shows an entrance to a brothel seen in Cambodia.
I was asked to to work on this image which was to be printed on canvas.
The photo below was the final outcome of collaborative piece.
The piece was auctioned off to raise funds for Homeland Cambodia.
Sold: $5,000.oo
Collection of: Scott and Laurence Clements.
Thank you Martha for the invitation and your relentless humanitarian effort.

I AM MALY was held on March 8, 2012 at Megu Event Space at the Singapore Flyer. The event was a fundraiser for Homeland Cambodia, a small NGO in Battambang, Cambodia, near the Thai border, that houses, cares for and re-integrates child victims of sex trafficking, and other discarded youth. Homeland Cambodia has a broad reach of services in the area and supports hundreds of families and children in the surrounding communities. Due to a confluence of events, most of Homeland's long term funding is ending in March, 2012. The fundraiser was an urgent attempt to keep the residential center from closing, and to ensure Homeland's good future.
More than S$ 80,000 was raised at I AM MALY for Homeland Cambodia! The event was a multi-media night of original video, art and auctions, and far surpassed the fundraising goal of $50,000.
