ArtAID - A CaringForCambodia Project

I received an invitation by Martha Chaudhry to work on a photographic print for one of her charity associates Art Aid.
Art Aid is a charity established to donate writing, drawing and painting materials to schools and orphanages in developing countries throughout the world

This photograph was taken by Srei Srose Roem, a student in one of the photography workshops held in Cambodia. Students were given cameras to take photos and most of them have never taken a photo in their life.

Given the theme of 'weave', i was told to interpret that theme into a collaborative piece..
So i promptly 'weaved' the canvas.

The piece will be put up in a silent auction at the Red Sea Gallery at Dempsey Road on 24th April. Drop by to check out many amazing work by some of Cambodia's hidden talents.

All proceeds from the auction will go to the Caring For Cambodia Project.
